WORKFORCE DEVELOPMENT SOLUTIONS

e-TalentPro, is a total workforce development solution that seeks to close the skills gap by job preparation and developing talent to meet the demands of today’s workforce.

e-TalentPro, offers a wide variety of customizable training programs and intermediary services designed to prepare today’s civilian and veteran workers with the skills and knowledge needed by employers in key industries.

e-TalentPro addresses the skills gap in today’s workforce by using a mix of education and training, adding in real world application and on-the-job training opportunities through Governmental Service programs

  1. We work with both the employer and the job seeker.
  2. We create opportunities for Veterans; our Active military men and women along with their families;
  3. Unemployed, Under-employed and dislocated homeworkers.

In collaboration with Governmental Service Centers we offer Registered Apprenticeship programs that enable us to provide a collaboration with several educational providers and employers to provide training and development for the workforce while simultaneously paying a fair and reasonable wage.

Every Apprenticeship program has a “sponsor” or “intermediary” who supports the program and works with the Employer, Apprentices and oversight agencies, and that’s what e-TalentPro does for our Apprenticeship program. Our roles as sponsor and intermediary are to identify and employ, coordinate and provide education, coach and mentor the current workforce, and maintain up-to-date documentation that meets the requirements of apprenticeship with the Department of Labor and other oversight agencies.

e-TalentPro, seeks to continue to educate, support and develop the civilian men and women of the workforce to meet the goals of industry. In addition, we seek to support our Veterans, our Active Military and their Spouses and families as they engage into the workforce. Technology continues to create an everchanging demand for new skills and knowledge, therefore, we will continue to use technology to train and develop our future workforce, and will work collaboratively with employers and educators to provide the training and education programs needed for a highly skilled workforce.
